LEA lost access to visit employees in December 2022. We have tried to work with LCPS Administration to come to an agreement for over a year. We are currently at an impasse.
We will not agree to terms so stringent that they infringe upon YOUR rights.
The only way to rectify this is for the new School Board to take action.
Send an Email to the new school board and ask them to ensure that LEA building access is included in the collective bargaining resolution and to continue having conversations with Dr. Spence and LCPS administration about the importance of employees having access to their union.
