Our Mission

We advocate for educators, education support professionals, and the students  they serve through collective bargaining, member representation, and a relentless commitment to quality public schools.

Our Vision

To empower all Loudoun County Public School employees to organize for dignified and professional working conditions and excellent student outcomes.

Our Goals

To enforce and strengthen our collective bargaining agreement, to grow an engaged and informed membership, and to establish LEA as the voice for educator working conditions in Loudoun County.

Our Values

  • Solidarity: We believe educators are stronger together. Union membership is a commitment to one another and the dignity of the profession.
  • Equity: We advocate for fair treatment, fair pay, and fair working conditions for every member - regardless of role, school, or background.
  • Voice: Every member deserves to be heard. Whether it is in their school, at the bargaining table, or in the halls of government.
  • Student-Centered: Advocating for our members is advocating for students. When educators thrive, communities thrive.
  • Accountability: We hold ourselves and the district to the CBAs, the law, and the highest standards of good faith. Accountability is how trust is built, and how it is kept.
